Evidentli Pty. Ltd. distributes and operates the Piano website and app, which provides the SERVICE as described in our Terms and Conditions. Evidentli Pty. Ltd. also provides unique CONTENT produced and provided as part of the Service.
This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

You also acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your location to the offices of Evidentli and authorized third-party service providers referred herein.
We will keep any information you provide to us until a request has been made for the information to be deleted.
You may request for the personal information we collect, or request deletion of the personal information from our system, by contacting our customer support at support@evidentli.com.

LOG DATA

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Our website uses these “cookies” to collect information and to improve our Service. ON-PREMISES SERVICES

When using our app hosted in the customer’s own IT infrastructure (“on-prem”) which could include on the physical premises or on a virtual private cloud controlled by the customer, some data that originated in the app (such as research workflows), usage and access logs, etc. may be stored on infrastrcture controlled by Evidentli when required by legal or contractual obligations that may apply and/or to facilitate collaboration outside the customer’s organisation. Patient and Provided Data are only stored on-premises.  

Evidentli is not responsible for securing sensitive and/or identifying data that resides on-premises. Evidentli is responsible for securing non-sensitive and non-identifying data on its own server, and severs Evidentli alone controls. 

PATIENT AND PROVIDER DATA

In some instances, our Service can collect sensitive data about our customers’ patients, clinicians and other healthcare workers in order to facilitate research on such data. Custodianship of the data, which includes granting permission to third parties to use the data on our Service, is the responsibility of the original Custodian of the data and not Evidentli.

All sensitive data are stored on disks (often referred to as “data at rest”) in encrypted formats against physical theft of storage mediums. Sensitive data traverse network links (often referred to as “data in transit”) only using SSL, VPN or other methods of  encryption. 

IDENTIFYING DATA

Data that are considered identifying (such as names, dates of birth, dates of hospital visits, addresses) as well as data that are considered potentially identifying (such as free text fields that may include names) are stored in “on-prem” instances.

NON-IDENTIFYING PATIENT AND CLINICIAN DATA

Non-identifying information (such as procedure codes), obfuscated information (such as mangled dates and mangled postal codes) and de-identified data (such as clinical notes with names removed) may be stored on-prem or off-prem.   These data are still considered by Evidentli to be sensitive. We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of data de-identification can be absolutely guaranteed against re-identification.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
